The Citation on the Certificate reads:

"For extensive effort and success in the creation of Net Control Manager, (NCM,) an online net-logging software application designed for Communications Nets, rather than Contesting. This application assists groups by being capable of using specific reporting formats for inter-usability among various organizations such as ARES, RACES, as well as Weekly Social or Club Nets. NCM increases the communications capabilities during Net Control activities for actual emergency situations, or Social Nets while decreasing the lag in real-time reporting."

"In recognition of outstanding effort and meritorious service toward the Advancement of the Art and Science of Amateur Radio which has Brought Credit and Success to the Amateur Radio Community in the Kansas City Region."
