Ninth Mo-Kan Regional Council Eagle Award was presented to Randal
R. Schulze, W0ICQ on October 11, 2025 at the 2025 ARRL Midwest
Division Convention, known as SPARK-CON in Sedalia, Missouri. |

The
Trophy Plaque reads:
In
recognition of outstanding effort and meritorious service toward
the Art and Science of Amateur Radio which has brought credit
and success to the Amateur Radio Community in the Kansas City
Region.

Citation on the Certificate reads:
"For
extensive effort and dedicated involvement in reviving the Mo-Kan
Regional Council of Amateur Radio Organizations, Inc., and for successfully
leading to the Council’s growth through the inclusion of the
multitude of local radio organizations within the Kansas City Bi-State
Region by creating solidarity among these organizations through
the coordination and implementation of many invaluable resources
that contribute to the art, science, and continued interest and
involvement in the amateur radio community within the area." |
